Symptoms worth documenting
Useful observations include a platform that will not extend or retract, slow or uneven movement, unexpected stops, abnormal noise, visible hydraulic fluid, a tripped breaker or a control fault. Stop operation if movement is uncontrolled, a person could be trapped, or a leak creates a safety risk.
Inspection before parts or repair decisions
An initial review should distinguish control and power faults from hydraulic pressure, hose, seal, cylinder, hinge or structural issues. The exact test sequence depends on the installation and safe access; no part is selected from a symptom alone.
What the enquiry should include
Please include the yacht’s location, passerelle model and serial number if readable, a short description of what happens, any displayed fault code, and clear photos or a short video of the unit and controls. Mask names, faces, registration details and other personal information before sharing.
Bodrum-first service, wider requests by arrangement
On-site enquiries focus on Bodrum, Turgutreis, Yalıkavak and Milas, subject to vessel access and scheduling. Requests from elsewhere in Muğla, Göcek, Didim, Çeşme or abroad may be considered for coordination only; they do not imply a local office or worldwide field-service network.
Is X Yachting an Opacmare authorised service centre?
No authorised-service, distributor, partnership or warranty status is claimed. This page describes an independent enquiry and assessment route; any work and parts support are confirmed for the specific installation.
